⦁ Peppermint Essential Oil:

⦁ Add 6-7 drops of Peppermint Essential Oil in a bowl of boiling water, add a few drops of eucalyptus and rosemary, lean over the bowl in a distant and cover your head with a towel. Close your eyes and breathe through your nose.
⦁ For chest rub, massage 2-3 drops of Peppermint Essential Oil with a carrier oil onto chest.
